I started Monday with 'dieting' Yuck! I was never good at food management till I went to WW. I mentioned in another post that I lost 37 lbs. pre-Luke. So it only took me that one day on my own to realize that I need WW again.
I always ate much more than I would have on my own and a huge variety of foods and still I lost weight. I started WW first week of Nov 2001 and lost 37 lbs by the beginning of Feb 2002. DH said he remembers me being very happy on it - and I was.
So I have unofficially started counting points and my old point habits and tricks are starting to find their way out of the back of my mind.
I did a huge food shop today for good foods and I am going to go to WW on Friday. I liked the weekly process of weighing in and I liked the meetings too. I went in scoffing at all the people who clapped for the others who lost 1 pound ('Big deal!') and I ended up becoming one of them So I definitely want to do it all the way. Watch the free reigstration is probably only till Thursday LOL
In the meantime, I'm starting to count points so I'll probably start a log of my own.
Good luck to everyone and congrats to those who are losing and cheers to those who are struggling. It ain't easy, if it was we wouldn't be on the message board right now.

Elizabeth--that is great--- like I've said you are def an inspiration-- when you lost the 37 lbs were you working out as well or just doing the points? I am enjoying it so far but it hasnt been 2 full weeks yet and I am afraid that if I dont incorporate some exercise it isnt going to work-- I did do 10 miles on Monday but it is already wed and nothing--ugh--- Laura
