Macys Bridal is unreliable and their customer service is poor at best!!!! Three years later, I am without my dress and without a refund. FYI, Macys Bridal is not even a part of Macys they just rent the name.

'All brides looking to buy a wedding gown at Macy's.......bad choice!!! My wedding was three years ago and I thought that Macys was a good choice. When I went there I had nothing but aggrevation and to this day still do not have my wedding dress or a refund of my money! No one will talk to me about it. I had to get a dress somwhere else last minute.
All I want is my money and my dress! I paid for it.
So buyer beware!!!!'

There maybe some truth to the post....Although, I do find it strange that the first two posts are bashing a vendor.
My wedding was 3 weeks ago and I too had a bad experience with my dress from Macy's Bridal. I, however, didn't have a problem with the service of the people working there. I did not have to once raise my voice or argue with anyone there, I told my story brought the dress in and I was told immediately that I was getting a full refund. If you want to know what happened FM me.
