Update about tax on gratuity...

There was a post yesterday (started by babyblu16, I think...but I can't find it now) about catering halls adding tax to the gratuity (which is a big no-no!). I went to my hall yesterday and they said nothing about it, so I'm hoping whoever was told them that was just misinformed! I was ready to throw a fit, but I didn't have to!
