UPDATE at bottom....2 Be unique????

I placed an order and they said it was shipped the 1st and STILL nothing...I think it's little wierd, because they warned me that if I do standard shiping, they are not responsible for lost orders....I did stanard shipping, rather than paying more in shipping than the actually necklace and now.....9 days to go and still no order!!!!

hmmm, that seems odd that they claim not to be responsible because of what type of shipping you choose
you never know though; i mailed a letter to someone in pennsylvania not too long ago and didn't just throw it in the mailbox, i went to the post office and paid to have it there by tues (this was on a sat) and it wasn't recieved until a week after it was guaranteed! the postal service can be a pain

Wowwww... Sorry to hear this ~ Have you called them? They should have some kind of tracking # even if it is standard ~ have them trace the package or give you the tracking # and call!

yup same thing with me! Ellen is who i dealt with, she was very nice and helpful with what i wanted....so i figured id order 1 necklace and 1 bracelet. I wanted to see how it looked b4 I ordered all 7 for my girls! THANK GOD i only got that 1 set....1st of all same thing with the shipping...she told me not 1 time not twice...but like 5x in emails and 2x over the phone about the s/h! I said to myself why spend 12$ on s/h when the set together was 13?! So i opt for the 5$ one.......again she said im not held responsable for lost items. Still took the chance. I did get the items.....BUT 1st off she did it at the post office so the envelope (not padded) must of went through the machine.....so the necklace was broken...the cubes werent even cubes when i tell you the how mis-shaped they were it was horrible!!!! The crystals were suppose too be real but honestly im not so sure that they were! oh and this bracelet hahaha it was for an adult yet it fit my 2 yr old great!! Also one the site it says all crystal but yet the 'cube' was a plastic bead!

I was so unhappy....and it was broken so i just threw it out! I did email her to tell her that her stuff sucked....and she offered $$ back. But obviously she didnt do anything bc i tossed it. (which i understood) so i just took the 20$ as a lesson! i know there was someone on here that kept raving about 2 be unique.....but i wonder now if she worked there bc every post i saw was telling ppl about the site! Now i never see her on here?! ODD!!!!!!

my MOH. I students teach all day, then work into the eveing. My FH graduation is tomorrow and then a late dinner. Friday I work into the eveing. Saturday I work and have a ton of other things to get done before next weekend and next weekend is even more insane with teaching & work. Plus...we just don't have any more funds.

great....this is just the icing...It's not so much the wedding....we are small to begin with, because we have no funds....The loans are the killer and living and just coming off of loans.

if you do the 12$ one they will gaurantee it and give a tracking #

I am going to try, with my luck in some things lately, I have so take this weekend to do a lot.....I even cancelled my Bach. dinner with a friend, because I just need the time to do things and relax.
I am in total overload!

2 BE unique STILL ***** and they try to justify how they do business....

HOWEVER I wound up getting a pearl necklace, earring, and bacelet set! I think it'll look more ellegant anyway....THEN THEIR CRAP!
