Update from fitting - more update

they said my cap was 595... but my alterations came out to 340. 4 days b4 my wedding the front desk tells me that I have a 350$ balance. im like WHAT? i paid you in full last week.

350$ 'weight loss' charge. cuz they had to take in another 2 inches. REALLY? REALLYY!??! that was voided.

then i went home and thought about it..350+340 = way over 590. BADUM KSHH!

yea make sure they dont take you for a ride.

umm so far despite my $250 cap i was quoted $515 for alterations... going to throw a hissy fit at my next fitting...

OMG! I am sorry this happened to you I am sure that they will be able to fix it for you. . . so not fair that they told you that they could let it out.

Aw, Im so sorry! Im sure they will be able to fix it .. Dont worry .. and if not - you'll still have a month to get something. For now just trust that they will have the dress fixed by then (no matter how much work needs to be done - thats their problem) ..

Im sorry about your mom. She should be more understanding about your situation then only caring about her mood being ruined!

Well you already know how I feel about this since I've been texting you.

The offer of my knowledge of anarchy-related self-defense missles still stands.

I know we got our gown at the same place and I can honestly say that they did a great job with my alterations. I added a lot of custom work and everything looked so natural. I hope this slightly comforts you. I know its hard to envision something now, but I'm sure it will look beautiful.

So sorry you are going through this, do they have extra material to add? That would be the only thing I would worry about, having enough.

I hope they make it fit perfectly!

They are ordering material for the gusset...they tried to charge me for it, there's no way I'm paying that.

If they couldn't do the alterations to begin with they should have said so... Ugh! I am so mad for you!

OMG!! That stinks I'm sure it will all be fine. Believe me they can do anything - it's probably just going to be a little more work than they thought - Try not to worry about it until u go for next fitting

i hope it works out maybe you can try taking the dress to another alterations place to see what they say
