UPDATE- I Have Some Bad News...Ann Marie Has Died.

ETA...
My cousin passed away calmly last night (8/3) at 10:55 pm with her husband, her Mom & a couple of family members by her side.
I'm so sad she's gone, but I'm happy she's no longer in pain.

The worst part...
The funeral is being held Saturday-on what would have been her 29th birthday.

OLD STORY I POSTED...
My cousin was diagnosed with leukemia not too long ago & her battle has not been easy.
She's only 28 & has 3 small boys, now she has to go to Seattle for a bone marrow transplant.
Now my wedding stress seems so minute compared to what she's going through, I just want her to get well so she can be with her babies & hopefully dance at my wedding.

i am so sorry about your loss. My thoughts are with you and your family as well as her husband and those beautiful little children.

she is no longer in pain though, and that is a good thing. there is no reason that she should have to feel that bad.

be thankful for the time that you have known her and share it with her kids. they may need help remembering everything about thier mommy.

Andrea,

I am so sorry to hear this news. I was praying for her and her beautiful little boys and her strong husband.
I can not imagine how they are dealing with their loss.

I was at the Benefit tag sale in Levittown and saw all of her beautiful family with their AnnMarie T-shirts on. You could just see all the love around. Everyone there was there for AnnMarie and trying to do what they could to help her.

Now, everyone needs to be there for her husband and children. Your wonderful family will always be a comfort to them.

We should do a fund raiser to help out with their house makeover and get people together to do work - almost like habitat for humanity - to help her husband and children and get them what they need. I would like to see the support for them to continue.

I just wanted to say, that I am sorry for your loss...and to let you know, my grandfather's funeral was on his birthday as well....and the priest said something VERY comforting to me...
He said that although we may feel sad that it is his death on earth, it really is his BIRTHDAY IN HEAVEN....I found this very comforting and saw his funeral in a totally new way...

I am so sorry to hear that ...To make it a small world a girl I work with knew her. I feel so bad for the family. It is a tragedy that those boys will never truly know their mom.
