Personally I like 2 and 3 the best but the only thing with 2 is my friend had the tilted pic and she said a few people complained about it! I love hers though!

They are all beautiful!!! I really like #1 over #2 b/c he looks like he is squinting a bit in #2.
#3 and #4 are nice as well, but they are totally different than the 1st 2 b/c they are body shots. i think most of the thank you pics i've seen usually have some body in them, but that doesnt mean you have to do it that way!
