UPDATE: Minor mishap....Paper & More

I ordered my paper from Paper & More with cutting service..... great prices for menu paper, program paper and insert card cardstock.

Only problem is they cut the WRONG paper and gave me a big pack of cardstock that cannot fold for my programs.......

I emailed them, I hope they resolve the situation - luckily I have time.

I am starting to print insert cards though.. YAY

UPDATE: Paper&More is the BEST!! They just got back to me and said they are sending me a new order with the proper paper cut and a new pack of the un-cut paper. They are also sending me a UPS label (pre-paid) to send back the incorrect paper. They are superior in customer service...... HEART them!

Hope they clear this up for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm slow....but with cutting service? Does that mean you choose the paper and it comes pre cut in a certain size already for you?

Yes, you can select cutting service and provide the sizing and it comes pre-cut. The cut paper is non-returnable but this is their mistake.

I was looking into their cutting service - because I would love to do layered menus - did you do this? How did you figure out the size and cuts needed?!

I am not doing layered menus, They are just cutting the 8 1/2 x 11 sheets in half through the middle and I am using them long ways for my menus. I used champagne metallic cardstock. I figured out the dimensions by cutting a normal sheet of paper with my paper cutter at home then entering it. You can also email them, I'm sure they would assist you.

The champagne metallic is one reason why I want to buy it from them - in love - my invites are champ. metallic too.
