UPDATE: My sisters getting proposed to in ONE HOUR!!!

They are going to 21 Main in Sayville.

Hes picking her up at 5 and he asked my dads permission last night.

I am so excited! My first sibling to get married and I LOVE her boyfriend!!

I cant wait!! I wish someone would take pics, or video or something.

Update: She said YES! She called and is so excited!! Shes coming over later to tell me the details. As for the ring she said its amazing. One big diamond surrounded by smaller diamonds and diamonds in the prongs! I cant wait to see

Aw, that's so sweet. Congrats, early! I read in some magazine about how some guys have started getting photographers to document their proposals, but they have to be sneaky about it, of course. And if the woman says no, what a waste of money! But otherwise, it's a sweet idea.

A friend of mine just got engaged on Valentine's Day. She and her boyfriend went out for a fancy dinner, then he asked her to go for a walk. So she changed from her fancy outfit to some cold weather clothes, and apparently he was not so happy, but what could he say, he wanted it to be a surprise. First he said, 'I have a gift for you' and gave her a heart-shaped tin of Butterfingers. She loves Butterfingers. Then he proposed, and she had to spit out a huge mouthful of Butterfingers to say yes!
