* update* OMG the worst bridal store *PRINCESS*

Princess Bridal did it again. I have one girl with a dress at there home because they ordered it at the Wedding Center of Commack and I have 7 girls that do not (3 who made plans to come to NY at the end of February) because the Princess Bridal said the dresses will be in beginning of February. Just called them they said the dresses are coming in till March and then told me no one every told me the dress would be coming in February basically calling me a liar then the woman was like you have your dress why do you care when the girls dress are coming in. 'Well lady I paid for all those dresses myself thats why I care'. I truly cant take this store any more.

***update*** I call back later on and the dresses were there. I went to pick them up and they are just the rudest people. I just paid for all my girls dresses just to get them out of that store

yeah - i used them too so i feel your pain ....

just be happy that you still have plenty of time before your wedding ... but def stay on top of these idiots.

It really amazes me that this place is even in business. The women there are a million years old and soooo rude. I hope they go out soon so no one ever has to deal with their BS.

Please Marie I am bound to loss my mind. My wedding gown and my second dress which is a bridesmaid dress are in my closest for a month and a half and yet ordered months after. Im going to be on the news

That's so ridiculously RUDE! I went in there and it was the most horrendous experience EVER! First they told me that a dress I liked was definitely orderable and that it was one price...turned out it was discontinued and if I wanted that particular dress it would have been more money then what they quoted...

They need to retire and give up the family businesss!!!

I had found a dress that I love in DC, and wanted to order it in NY- so I called them, since they carry the designer, and they said they had the dress and put it aside for me to try on with my mom and sister. Well, it wasn't the dress!

They lied!

So I ended up trying on a few others, and found one I liked even better- they gave me a price, and they wouldn't bargain....so I called B*urton's and they beat the price by about $500

OMG, Spdy540!! that is terrible! I am so sorry that happened to you! i dealt with them as a bridemaid and i would never go back again. they made my bride cry in the store!

No bride should ever have to deal with that! Every bride should be treated like they are the world's only bride when walking into any bridal vendor--that you are using or not!

keep fighting with them! i'll beat them up for you too!

WORST absolute WORST store you can purchase from. I got stuck there because I fell in love with a dress and could not get it anywhere else in time.

First, they lied and told me they were ordering a new dress ( I found out when another shop called same designer on my behalf, that it was impossible to get dress in time) When I called them out on this they go oh it much have just 'appeared in stock' on the computer. They were always planning on just resizing dress off the rack...which is fine as long AS U TELL ME!!

When I asked for a discount for an off the rack now dress, they said they could only take of $50! WHAT! Knowing I didn't have alot of choices

Then not once but TWICE I had scheduled fittings and no one was there. They closed for inclement weather. No cancellation phone call NOTHING! The second time the weather wasn't even bad!!! and there was a sign on the door stating they would be closed for the weather...so they could have easily called and cancelled any appts being the closing was predetermined! When I asked them why they didn't call me they rudely stated, ' you should have called before coming' ARE YOU KiDDING ME!

Describing them as RUDE is an understatement! The only guarentee you will have walking into Princess Bridal is that someone will greet you rudely and treat you poorly almost every step of the way. Especially the owner and her son!!!

Don't walk out RUN as fast as possible!

Oh and after they steamed my dress they bustled it up and put in in a bag for 5 days so by time I got it home it was a wrinked and had to be redone. They knew I couldn't pick the dress up, but left it in the bag anyway!!!

RUN Run RUN!!!
