thanks for your wishes and advice ladies!!!i DIDNT cry thank god, because i cry easily especially when im mad...i wrote everything down and spoke calming and explained my issues, and he actually took responsibility for everything which surprised me, so the director implemented some things to organize him better and ease communication so hopefully it works! thanks again girls your the best
