Update on Davids Bridal Frustration!
I posted a few days ago that Davids bridal called me that my dress was in and it had only been 1 week since they'ordered' it.
Well today my mom and I went to pick it up. It was not the same dress I had originally tried on which was dirty, and the zipper was broken.
How ever it was a different 'used' dress from another store. It had a fairly large black mark on the neck line, a couple of the sequences were pulled, and the back where the zipper was had dirt on it as well.
I was so mad!!!!! My mom told the lady that they were supposed to be ordering me a NEW dress from the wearhouse(which is what I was told).
The lady was so rude and defensive. she said the dress was from another store and thats how there store works. I said well I didnt pay $600 for a used dirty dress..............she had the nerve to say to me 'well actually thats why you only paid $600 for your dress, if you go to any other store you will pay more.' I couldnt believe my ears!!!!! HOW RUDE!!!!!!!!!!! Im sorry but to me $600 is a lot of money for a dress Im going to wear for one day so it better be perfect! So we told the lady that we were not taking this dress and she said she would ask her manager if she could order me a new dress from the wearhouse.
When she came back she said well she said we could order you a new dress, but just so you know I checked and this dress came from the wearhouse...............I was soooooooooo pissed I knew she was lying to me.
Ok well I know this is long so I have just a few comments!!!!
1- Dont tell me your ordering me a new dress from the wearhouse if you are not
2-If your going to try and give me a dress from another store do you might want to check it and make sure its clean before you try giving it to me.
3-DO NOT LIE TO ME...........I know this dress was not new so dont come back and tell me that the dress came from the wearhouse.
Well I'll keep you girls updated on the 'new' dress when they call and say its in.
