I have spoken to the branch manager since the director of sales who was supposed to be in today, is not... again...
ANYHOO she was very understanding and helpful and added more rooms to my block hopefully making everything ok now.... my mom and a BM are gonna book tonight and lemme know if they had any difficulty....

me too, was sick all weekend thinking that there werent any rooms left, i got so many calls over weekend from guests trying to book their rooms.... it was frustrating not being able to give them help or answers....

I got a call - they are looking into my situation too. They remember me though so that is good!

Same thing with me, talked to Genay and she's like I remember you.... I'm like thank-god! Cus i booked last April and was ready to have a complete meltdown.... planned alot around that hotel like shuttles and rehearsal dinner right near there lol...
