Update on Flower Michele
As Britt posted I was finally contacted through text by John this weekend after he saw my post. He was apologetic but did not like that I 'tore him up on LIW' as he put it. I don't think I tore him up. I wrote the truth and even corrected people when they misunderstood my issues with them. (i.e. color was correct for the second sample,and day of and the flowers were fresh and pretty. I would not call them ugly at all)
He said how he was at fault for forgetting the LED bases and aplogized for it but bc he was giving them to me for free so they weren't on the contract and he usually charges for them. He was throwing them in for me. Well that's nice and all but 1. I never knew he was giving them to me for free and 2. if they aren't there anyway does it matter if they were free or not. I do appreciate him taking responsiblity for it though and won't go on further about those. The orchids he told me he was giving to me at cost which I appreciate very much however they should have still looked like they did at my samples and not what the pictures clearly show. He did set up my low CP's for me for free which I had DIY'd again I appreciate it although this was an agreement I made with Rich when booking him sooooo......
He said he didn't know I was unhappy with the bo'ks and that when my Mom called him regarding the petals which were forgotten she didn't mention it. He could be right I am not sure I wasn't there. I was there though when something was said to the delivery guy and he told me they used larger roses and that's why there were less of them. John said he could have given me more had he known. I will take his word for it. However, future FM girls if you are unhappy with your bo'k or your BM's bo'k call JOHN and tell him, don't even mention it to the guy who brings them.
He was very apologietic and I do appreciate it. He even offered me something in the future to make up for it. (ex. Mother's day, birthday... etc). Which was very kind of him.
