so i get a call yesterday from rolling pin to set up an appointment... our meeting went so well!
we settled on a vanilla cake with french pastry cream filling (napolean cream), with ivory fondant, white scroll work on it, with pink gumpaste flowers...
just thought i would share!!!

uh, i went in kinda knowing what i wanted and told them. he then told me either chocolate or vanilla cake and then i just started rambling off fillings....i wanted to do something different, so i went with the frech pastry cream.
i hope giorgios doesn't bang me with a huge upgrade fee

well, fondant and sugar flowers are 'extra' so we need to see what mr. giorgio says about the extra fee. why he even decides is beyond me!!
