Results of the PET scan came in today and mom does not have cancer any where else in her body. There is still the concern with her Emphysema and surgery but mom is still not smoking and is taking her inhalers like a good girl. She has a cardiology appointment on Friday to determine if the full anesthesia is a risk and if so they will consider other treatment options. Thank you for your prayers and good wishes. Thank God she does not have cancer anywhere else. I will keep you posted and please keep us in your prayers.
