Update on my doctors visit and florist appt

Hi girls. Thanks for all of your thoughts and prayers.

1st- stopped in Thomas Knoell before Flower Michele, I am going to go back next weekend to design my headpiece! Very exciting and but I love his stuff.

2nd - we met with John at flower michele, i feel soooo much better about things now. Also, I am even more confident in my flowers. Great experience!

3rd - I'm scheduled for surgery on January 14th. They may have to take out my entire thyroid or just half, depending on the results of the tests i have on Monday and the week after. I'm nervous but because of the size of it, it's gotta come out. Better to get it over with. I will have a lovely scar on my throat for TWOTY, but things could be worse.

Sorry you'll have to have surgery, but it's a very common procedure and I wish you a speedy recovery!

On a lighter note, how exciting about the headpiece and flowers!

I used to work with a lady who had this surgery...and its really not as horrible as it sounds. You didn't even notice the scar within a couple months.

scars add character... i have tons of them from my open heart surgery and my boob surgery! no worries. you will even be able to see some of the heart surgery ones in my wedding dress... but they are part of me and my history! it makes me me now!
do you have graves diesease??? my friend is going through something similar. good luck
