You are in my thoughts & prayers Even though I am not a mom, so I have not breastfed, I would definately choose doing chemo now just so that you could possibly have the chance to have another child & hopefully getting the tumor taken care of sooner...

Sorry you have to make a choice. but i think your Son needs a healthy Mommy first!

I'm not a mother, I've never breast fed, but I think taking the chemo really is the right choice. With something like this you need to do what's best for you, and your son will grow up fine. Better to be bottle fed with a healthy mom than to have been breast fed but have mom suffering (or worse).

We are here to help you get through this very difficult time, anything you need, don't even hesitate.

I haven't been on LIW much anymore and I had no idea you were going through this! I am so sorry and I am here if you need to talk. My thoughts and prayers are with you!

I'm not a mother, so I don't know much about breast feeding, but I really think you should put your own health first. You can still feel good about the fact that you were able to breast feed all this time, so you didn't miss out on the experience. I believe you can do more for your son and his health and happiness just by keeping yourself a healthy, happy mommy!
