Update on my mom
I was the winner of the $1000 from the show.. well I got my mom the power wheelchair and all would have been well but the day I brought it home 2 bad things happened..
1. my sister in law accidently dropped it on my wrist getting it out of the car and you guessed it broken wrist.. OUCH!!
2. My mom had antoher stroke that night due to all of the stress and has not been able to use the chair. She is now completely paralyzed from this last one.
There is going to be a benefit for her to help raise money now that she is unable to do anything the medical is forever increasing with no money coming in. I will let all of you know when and where if you are interested. We are trying to raise anything to help her. I feel so helpless in this situation because I cant just put a band-aid on it and make it all better.
The benefit is going to be a vendor day where local people who do crafts, partylite, tupperware etc. are going to be selling their items and the proceeds go to my mom. I will let you know the exact as I find out.
