Update on Pookie!!

For all you people who've been asking about Pookie and sending FMs, thank you so much. This has been a tough week and they really meant a lot to know you guys are there and care!
Pookie tested negative!!! We need to take her for a second test in four months to confirm, but this is really good.
We just have to make sure she and Domino have no contact at all.
I inquired about giving her the vaccine, becasue there is one, but the vet suggested we don't right now because it could make the next test come out positive.
I was a mess today at the vet waiting to find out. I am so happy now. Thank you ladies for ALL of your support!! I will keep you posted when we have to do the next test!!!

Did you find out if your MILs cat was tested using the Western Blot?

Kathy - that was the first thing I asked - they confirmed a positive for Domino with a Western Blot.
