UPDATE ON TERRIBLE SHOE VENDOR -DONT USE THEM!

Quick update from yesterday regarding Bridal Shoes, who have had my shoes for nearly month to dye them and have not returned them.

I tracked my package through UPS and they have ON RECORD Bridal Shoes (based in Hewlett, LI) RECEIVING AND SIGNING FOR my shoes.

So seeing that they won't answer my emails, phone calls,etc. I called my bank and am disputing the claim (a pain, yes, but i refuse to let them get away with this!)

Also, I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I swear if i could go home this weekend (I live in Manahattan & my b-party is tomorrow so i can't) I would drive over to Franklin Avenue in Hewlett and give them a piece of my mind!

Thank you for the heads up. Im sure it will help a lot of other brides and avoid the stress that your dealing with. From past threads though, I would recommend you edit the 'dont use' because LIW might pull the thread. Pulling it will prevent other brides from reading this.

That is a shame. I ordered my shoes through their site before realizing they were on LI. I had them within 3 days and they were perfect for me.

Sorry your experience is so difficult with them.

If you're in Manhattan, try Model Bride in midtown (29th near 5th). Call for an appointment first, even if you're going same-day. Very nice shoes, good prices, great staff, extremely prompt service, good experience all around.

I also ordered my shoes from them. I didn't send them back to get them dyed. But I did receive them in like 2 days. Sorry you have such a bad experience, but I would reccommend them.
