Since the plans we tried to make didn't work out, we decided not to do it. If someone else wants to plan this, they can.

---

Kristi Thank you for taking the time out. If you guys want ill take a look into some of my friends spots. If I do will you still go? Also, will i be asking for food & drink specials or what? What do most of you guys want? Also, if everyone wants to look around & then we can compare. That would cool.

XOXO

---

Of course I would still go LOL

If you have contacts in Long Beach give them a call. I think since some people don't drink it would be nice to have appetizers and open bar.

I think the 08ers did their big gtg with food and a cash bar in a separate room - that way everyone feels part of it in the same space but can pay for drinks if they choose to.

---

ohhhh thats a good idea...i wonder where they had their gtg

My sister's birthday is the 31st and I have a wedding at Marina del Ray on the 7th... I really just can't win with GTGs!

---

You are just waaaaay too busy for us!!!!!

---

You know, I swear my life ***** except for when everyone wants to get together! I think there was something I had to cancel in order to go to TWOTY too! I just have incredibly bad luck!

I want to do a casual gtg once the weather gets nice? Who's in for a backyard bbq in Queens? Bring what you drink and we'll provide the food. It would certainly be a cheap alternative!

---

That sounds awesome!! I would love to go!

I'm up for your original plan too Kristie. That sounded great. I hope we can work something out

Vicki I think thats a great idea...maybe we can look into places that allow for people who are and aren't drinking...lots of places do drink/food prices as well as just food prices...or if we can find drink specials that would be cool too!

---

Ok ill look into around LB. Ill see if we could do appetizers & open bar. Or how much it would be for both. I know people may not drink alcohol but im sure they will be having sodas or something. So that will count as a beverage. Hopefully my friends will come through with a good price. Maybe 25 per head??? Im thinking around April/May?????
