UPDATE: Give me that final vendor check! Booked with Gina on the spot and everyone was completely right about her - she is such a sweetheart and totally looking to work within your budget and not spend your money! I told her what I wanted it to come out to $$ wise and did what she could to get it to what we were looking to spend. She even let me take home the CP and she gave my mom a bouquet of flowers which I thought was so nice.

Our CPs have changed slightly. She said that to do the low CP with the lemons the only cylinder that is sold in that size are plastic and she didn't think going with plastic would be what I wanted. She did make a smaller version of what I wanted but she told me straight out that she did not think this is what I had in mind and then continued to show me this (see pics) for the same price and it's giving me a lot more for my money. I LOVE THIS SO MUCH BETTER! She also said that sometimes when you put lemons in the water with the flowers, the citrus actually kills the flowers a lot quicker so doing it this way actually solves this issue because the flowers are not in the water with the lemons.

well the one in the back with the whole lemons is actually the other CPs we are doing. Here is a pic of what it will look like.
