I was really Really disappointed with my e-pics, they are really bad, they only took a few and never even touched up any of them.. Anyone else? Were using Proline and FH picked them and was set on them, now I see all the girls with their duet pics, and I'm so sad, I really wanted Duet.. I'm scared my wedding pics are going to come out as bad!
*****UPDATE****** so I just got off the phone with Proline and they were will do fix or reshoot all our e-pics for us!! I have to say they were extremly nice and I have no doubt my wedding day pics will be just fine!

Did you tell them you were unhappy? I would definitely ask them if they plan on retouching them. That is such a huge thing. I would definitely bring it to their attention that you aren't happy with it and see what they can do and if you still aren't satisfied, I would look for someone else.

I am not too fond of our e-pics - We took them last Oct and I had nothing to compare them against until I came on here in Feb -

we took them jun 1st and its only been recently that I've seen how nice everyone elses is (But I was never happy with ours).. the only thing is, they never specified what we got for our e-pics or what they would do.. where duet spelled it all out for us when we were looking at them.. So do I even have grounds to stand on?

the look like a pic I could take, there not touched up in any way theres only a few.. I'll try to post a few.. the first one I touched up and lightened the 2nd one is the original one, and since we got so few pics, one hes not smiling one i'm not smiling another one one of us blinked, so almost all of them are not usuable! urrrrrrr
You have FM but I had to reply. Proline is good, I promise you but you have to pay to have the pictures airbrushed for your final album, $25 a pop. I had an unfortunate experience with Retin A the week before the weddign that left aspot on my chin incredibly dry and towards the end of the night you can see it in the pics! But I didn't spring the extra money because hey it was me, not the photographer!

Your pics are nice. They are formal and not photojournalist. Call them. Tell them your unhappy. Maybe they will re shoot.

1st off i think that is complete cr@p that they wont do it for free, and it doesnt say we had to pay extra in our contrac!! Now I'm really mad! Do they do any touching up on any pics that go in your album?or is it just the pic exactly how it was taken?
