he behaved for about 2 weeks and it's been a TV on all night or an alarm clock at odd hours, especially hours no one is home to turn it off....he gives the men in blue a BAD name [he's a city cop]. oh, they like to do laundry at 3am also. they also run the water while i try to take a shower in the morning. i actually have to take a shower with NO cold water just to have it warm! seriously, if he doesn't stop, you might see my face on the news one day: Pregnant Woman Puts End to Noisy Neighbor.
