Updated at the bottom! 11/06 Rooms Unlimited - For those of you who told me to stay away!

You were so right and I wish I had listened!!

First they said 8 weeks for my furniture. Monday will be SIXTEEN WEEKS!!!!!!!! SIXTEEN! DOUBLE!!! I am so pissed off!!!!

I try to call them and it either just rings or is busy. How can a big business like that have a busy signal?

I dont know if its coincidence or because I just contacted the BBB and fileda complaint but I JUST got a phone call saying they can give me a partial delivery

Im getting one dresser and mirror. I still have to wait for the lingerie chest.

Either way I am thrilled to finally be getting something. Now I pray for their sake that the order is correct!

Good for you for filing a complaint! It's so important that we all do that.

I hope that you get everything you need and if you don't you should file another complaint! I hate when companies di*k you over. So rude! I'm paying you - how dare you waste my time and money!

My dresser came with the mirror and is gorgeous and when I charge my camera I will take a pic. There is a small scratch on the front of it, but I doubt anyone else would notice and after everything I am just so happy to have it!

I ordered a leather sectional from them and they called thee days later saying it was in but we werent ready for it in the house so I pushed the delivery date till monday.

I had no problems with them so far.

Yea that's nuts! But if it makes you feel any better... I think we picked something that was curently in stock so thats why it was so fast?

Well I ordered the furniture in April and here it is November and after trying to replace my damaged chest 3 times with other damaged chests they finally brought me one thats not damaged!

So I finally have my furniture!! I will post pics tomorrow! Im upset I had to contact the BBB, Im happy its finally all over and honestly I will never order from them again which really stinks b/c I really wanted more pieces from that set :(

My mom ordered new furniture in July because she was redoing her house for my wedding. They told her the furniture would be delivered in October. She got a call three weeks ago saying the furniture wouldn't be in until February. She was pissed and she called and yelled at them. Supposedly they are delivering the furniture this week. We'll see.
