What could you get for it? A lot! As long as there is a certificate of authenticity. I would make you a HUGE offer if it was not for Nichole ripping my head off if I did.

Is it an authentic helmet or replica? This effect the price. Is it a limited quanity (ie 1 of 1986)? If so, what number is it?

Price wise. This helmet is in the $1,000 range. - EASY!!!

LT had his problems in every which way and finacially was one. Because of this, he signs / signed often. This causes lower prices. BUT how many pieces have all 3? I would venture to guess not many.

Are you selling this for a reason? This is a 'hold' item if you ask me. Parcells is very old and (don't take this wrong) when he passes, your piece will sky-rocket because there will NEVER be others made afterwards.

*LT is a hall of famer.
*Pacells will be a hall of famer
*Simms and LT's number are retired by the Giants (very special in football)
*LT is considered the best defensive player EVER by many
*The 2 (LT / Simms) played in 1 superbowl together (1986) and have 2 rings with the Giants together (Simms was injured in 1990)
*Parcells coached the Giants in both superbowl victories and 2 of the 3 they were in.

I can go on FOREVER about this piece of memorbilia. It is AMAZING! My advice, get it into a case and allow other to gaulk at it. Don't sell it, pass it on. If you decide to sell it, I have a feeling that you will kick yourself in 10 years.

Other then all of that, you need to strike at the right time with collectibles. I am 29. Many of the 'kids' growing up with LT and Simms are 27-35 now (approx.). This means that we are getting to age where we are beginning out lives and may not have the disposable income to spend on this piece. People younger will not appreciate the piece as much and those older are probably from a different generation of players.

Save it! Don't sell it! Atleast not yet.

Did you decide to put it on EBAY?

It's on craigslist right now under collectibles but I'll put it on ebay in about a week. We're just waiting for the right offer, if we dont' get one we really like by mid August, we're keeping it. My DH isn't a fanatic over sports memoribilia but he is a fanatic over sports, so at this point, if someone names the right price.
