Hi Ladies-
Just enough time for a quick review. I have to tell you everything was truly spectacular and we had the time of our lives! Here you go:
Hair & make-Up - Salon at the Bath & Tennis: B+ Everyone looked great, my make up stayed the whole night and they waited for me to come back after the ceremony for a touch up. However, they get less than an A b/c the salon is very small and so it was a bit chaotic that morning.
Flowers - Claire beane: A I loved loved loved my flowers and everything stayed fresh and the table arrangements were exactly what I wanted
Limos: Cruise Control - A+ GET THE TROLLEY! It was fantastic and made for great pics too. My rolls driver was 30 minutes early, helped with my gown, aisle runner etc and was super nice. Highly highly recommed them.
Atlantica: A++++ What can I say? They paid attention to every single detail and I cannot tell you how attentive the staff was to not only me and my DH but to all my guests. people were raving about the food, service, atmosphere etc. The best decision I ever made. The only thing I could have done without were the added stations. The passed apps were more than enough. I did make it a point to tell them I was worried there wouldn't be enough food for my Italian family so maybe thats why. Also, Kevin the matre d was a sweetheart and worked his butt off to make sure every detail was perfect.
Band - Eturnity: A+++ Again, I cannot even descirbe how fabulous they were. From the reggae/sax player at cocktail hour to the motown, funk, upbeat 10 piece band at the reception, they were worht every last penny. I have been told but more than 5 people that they blew away every wedding band they have every seen by 10 fold at least.
Photgrapher: Verdi - A+ We pick up our proofs on Thursday but from the ones I've seen on their site so far, the pics came out fantastic. The beach shots are unbeliveabler and they really captured so much emotion of the day.

You guys make a cute couple. Glad the wedding went well. It looked terrific! I love pictures by the beach.

I have to admit Jen, I was sad to leave.... I was lingering on the steps listening to the music hoping to hear you get announced but Pete got impatient (men...) so scooted (sp?) out to the Inn at Quogue (cute place!). Oh, and by the way, THREE people at your wedding (Pete included) thought you and I were related!!!! How funny! Like cousins. Of course, by now I have forgotten their names but one of them was the husband of the pregant woman (I think...).

jenny you looked fantastic. I am getting married at Atlantica next June and was wondering band or DJ seems your band were great!! where do I find them??

Thank you all sooo much! I definitely felt like a princess that day.
Lynchee, our band was Eturnity. Hire them! They were amazing - literally the entire wedding was on the dance floor before dinner was even served. They were pretty pricey but worth every penny. They are a recommended vendor of Atlantica so they should be able to give you their number. Let me know if you can't find it.
Edited to say, for whoever asked, I had two cymbidium orchids in my hair. There were also a few in my bouquet.

everything looked absolutely gorgeous!!!!!!! I'm sooooo looking forwarrd to next year. your advice about the weather i have to keep in mind b/c it already stresses me out. Verdi did an amazing job! I have also worried about the food since we have a basic package with a fruits and veggies added and i'm having them set up a station of the apps that are being passed. some how i knew that your review would put me at ease..... Since we both seem to have great taste where in italy did you go?
