I am having the same problem at my job - But perhaps she is just thinking the ceremony. I am inviting many of my co-workers to ONLY the ceremony and not the reception. They should understand

OMG people are unbelievable!

FH is getting guilt from someone at work- his job is relatively new, so most of the people he's inviting are from his old job- we've run out of room to invite people from his new job. But we feel soooo bad about this! If you invite one, you gotta invite them all!

Maybe they are just coming to the ceremony...send them an invitation to the ceremony...but not adding the reception cards..is that ok to do??

I wish....bu our Reception is immediately following the ceremony....could you imagine kicking them out as everyone is walking towards cocktail hour Thanks for the help.

I don't want to sound mean but honey how can you invite someone who is married and expect their spouse NOT to come!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am sure your guestlist is tight but seriously, this is your bosses wife!!!!!!!!!! I think you'll be making a HUGE mistake telling him not to bring her!! I would be livid and I would not come to the weding if I was him! How would you feel if YOUR husband was invited to a wedding wothout YOU!!!!!!! Hey you do whatever you want but I think you're making a big mistake here....Just my opinion...
