a married man!

Everything was great. A perfect day, not in the sense that everything was completely without flaws, but in the sense that it was an amazing time.

I know I've been a bit of a ghost on the boards this last month. I switched jobs, started grad school, we moved and we're planning this thing. Plus, my job went from a telecommute to being in an office with no privacy, so my ability to post went down substantially.

we'll be doing reviews soon, wherein everyone will get glowing reviews except the hyatt windwatch.

much mazel to all who got married this weekend! And special props to the ladies who were huge helps to my wife (can't even say FW anymore) and I on our journey, particularly Tara and Kara.

I am so glad you came on and shared pics, it looks like a fantastic wedding. You and your DW look amazing.

so here's something a little weird... so much of the wedding was done by friends and family, i don't know how relevant a review will be up here, but one's ocming, and soon, i promise. as well as more pics when I have them.

As a Protestant marrying a Jew, I am embracing some of the traditions.
My FH will be breaking the glass, as it will be the last time he gets to put his foot down. FMIL loved that one. I have always loved the chuppah and now I get to have one !
I forgot what the circling of the groom symbolizes.
No Ketubah for us because I am not Jewish.
As for the chairs, no way for me ! I'm afraid that I will topple over, never mind the fact that FH is a very large guy.
