OK, I''m back and I just want to say ... The Riveria is one of my favorite places! I just love the whole atmosphere! We walked in to champagne and strawberries, then were escorted outside for the cocktail hour. It was soooo beautiful out today - boats everywhere, ducks and swans just floating around outside. The cocktail hour food was really good - the fried calamari was excellent (great batter), flank steak, fresh turkey, 2 pasta''s, Lox & Bagels, fresh & grilled veggies, scallops wrapped in bacon, mini quiches, stuffed mushrooms ... just to name a few. We were able to watch the bridal party taking pictures from across the water near the gazebo. They are going to have phenominal photo''s .. the water was like glass today! They served a mozz & tomato appetizer, walnut salad, lemon sorbet, and choice of 4 entrees - Chicken, Duck, Prime Rib, or Mahi Mahi ... I had the Duck O''laragne and it was perfect! The meat was cooked until it was tender and the skin was slightly crispy. They had wedding cake and a dessert bar. The DJ was Variety DJ I think. They were really good and were able to get people on the dance floor with a good variety of music. There was also a singer that sang during dinner - not sure if he was part of the DJ Co or if they paid separate for him. The waitstaff was very professional and asked if we wanted drinks. They served promptly and removed food promptly. Girls, you have nothing to fear, everyone at the wedding was really impressed with the decor and the deck and the view!

Glad to hear the good news. I love the Riviera too......I knew after going to a wedding there a few years ago that that was the place I wanted to get married. I can''t wait! I love the Bridal room there too.......with the balcony. It''s so nice!
