Very nice!!!
Doesn't that stink that the STAR deduction won't rollover to you automatically? I was annoyed at that when we bought our house.

Sure, The house is in Farmingville with sachem schools dist & is on the top of a hill. We should close in July 1st.
Here are a few pics of the inside (this is all the sellers stuff not mine)...It has catherdral celings in the Kitchen and Living room...
I want to update the Kitchen and def. make some other changes but it will take time. Ill remove the brick face as soon as i am in there. That red thing by the sink is a hand towel over the dishwasher.
The last room is the 'Family room & is off the Kitchen' I would like to move the washer and dryer into this room and kinda hide it behind some cabinets (& I want to remove the bookshelves)..
If theres anyone out there who has some great ideas for paint color let me know I would love to hear them!
