Updated**Okay my neck and shoulder are worse....I feel so old I sneezed and

NO not pee'd my pants but pulled my back out and now cant turn my head or lift my arm. Im dieing and DH isnt home he's fixing the brakes on my truck. Just me and the babies. I gotta get my little guy on the bus for Kindergarten and then it's just me and the wild three year old.

Update**Help any suggestions**
The icy hot did not help and I cant get any sleep. School and the drive there was a nightmare. The muscles are pulled so bad that it's making me sick to my stomach I know by tommorow it will feel better but Im struggling for today!

I have those icy hot sticks I think Im gonna try that and takd some alieve or advil what ever I have in there. Im just worried because I have alot to do today like getting to class for a quiz that's important and back to school night for the little guy and my three year old climbs all over me and like I said is wild he doesnt listen very well I also have a heavy lamp being delivered by UPS of course today and cant just leave it outside. I'll live through it I hope Just cant believe I did this sneezing!
