Tammy thats a great deal ! on the water. WE were buying bottled water for a while, and DH just bought a filter for the kitchen sink (by PUR) and so far thats what we're using ! (we just have to replace the filters every so often)

anna
that is cheaper than price club!

you know that at stop n shop this week
TROPICANA 64 oz OJ is 1.99
and there is a coupon for 1.00 two
so thats 1.00 for one juice and .98 for another!!! It is the only juice we drink lol
two for 1.98 cant beat that!!!

A bargain hunters pet peeves !

I just have to say, why do people feel PROUD of overpaying for things ??

I have a friend of a friend, who overheard me saying how much I payed for a blouse I was wearing (my SIL had asked me) and I had paid $14, and the friend responded, 'oh wow, I paid, $22, well whatd'ya gonna do ??' and when we mention sales we find at Macys or something, she'll say something like, 'I cant be bothered with sales, I just bought these jeans and paid $60 for them'...
and then the BEST is when she cries poverty...

Oh we have to do XYZ on the house, but cant afford it, oh my CC bills are ridiculous this month...I cant wait till we can afford a bigger house, who knows when that will be, and then in the same sentence she will mention the restaurants they go to eat at, and have $150 dinners for no occassion, all this junk she buys that there is NO NEED FOR (PS games for her kids, new clothes for her kids every week, as she says it, i'm thinking 'keep dreaming of that home, at the rate your going'

Lemme tell ya, its all about MANAGING your money, girlie. oh i can go on... I cant stand to hear people cry poverty and then spend their money as if they were very well off.......
hey if ya got it, more power to you, but dont live beyond your means....

ok, that was my pet peeve of the day !

WOW, great find on the OJ !!!
you go girl !!!!

LOL
YEP, will be going there tonite on the way home after shop rite
lol

oh wow !! great deal !
too bad, im not near the city anymore !

even tho i'll be in the city this weekend, but we'll be dress shopping for my best friends wedding in july!

I got some great deals at the Gap after Xmas, and at Macy's. Gotta love those relatives that you dont see until after xmas, their gifts are always so inexpensive and would have costed me TRIPLE just 2 weeks earlier !
My cousins in Australia LOVEEE the stuff we send them !

There was a pair of black dressy shoes I loved at Banana Republic but they were $98. I went back last Friday and they were half off, so I got all excited. When the guy brought out my size the tag said 19.99. That was 80% off. I told him I was buying them whether they fit or not. Luckily they fit.

anna can find the BEST bargains!!!!!!

I work at Pathmark i seaford at night HEHE saving money for the wedding. that pur thing for the sink I found it got in the way when trying to use the faucet and sink. It also crapped out on us prety soon so we bought the brita picther for the fridge

june

someones purse got stolen there and my m om freaked not to go alone lol

Tammyjill,

In the shoprite by me, I got the lysol wipes last week for .24. I used the 55 cent coupon and it was doubled. I wonder if every shop rite has different rules! Last week they had solid white tuna on sale....4 can for 2.18. It was a great deal!

WoW I can't believe the bargains @ Canal Jeans, Old Navy, and Banana Republic!!!
I'm gonna have to head there on my lunch hour tomorrow!
Thanks girls for giving us the heads up.

Did someone say Banana Republic?

When I was in grad school I use to go to Neiman Marcus and peruse the clearance racks..I loved it, I had such beautiful clothes. I would buy the classics, black, blue and tan...I was sad when I moved far away from that store
