Ok ladies, I've put a call in to Erga's Bakery and am expecting a call back from Lily the wedding cake rep. I am going to see how many girls she can accommodate for a tasting, in September: Saturday September 20 if she can do it, or daytime Friday September 19 or even later in the day on Thursday, September 17. . . . . I will let you all know when she tells me the max she can deal with and then you can let me know if you want to come. I'm coordinating it with a trip I have to take for another wedding, and I think it's plenty of time even for January brides to decide if they're going to need an outside cake.

Let me know if interested . . . . I already heard from some of you, but want to make sure Sept. is ok with everyone. If I have to, I can make an earlier trip up (just trying to save money on these numerous trips to NY!)
6/16/09 ---- I SPOKE with Lily, and we are tentatively setting it for Thursday evening, after the bakery closes, September 18th. She has to check with the boss, and she also returns from overseas like, that day, so it may not work, but I'll update.
