Updo/hair prices??

What is everyone paying for hair and makup?

Can anyone tell me what the going rate would be for a hair stylist to come to our hotel in Holbrook on a Sunday around noon to do hair on me and two to three bridesmaids. I will probably have an updo as will the girls.

Do you pay for the trial or is it included for the bride?
Oh, and do you tip the stylist on that day?

I booked Jacqueline from Imakeupyou - advertised on the board. Her trial was $30 and on the day of the wedding she costs $100 - but she deducts the $30 from the trial on the day. She charges $75 for each bridesmaid. She works with a woman named Margaret who does hair. Her trial costs $30 also. She costs $150 for the bride on the wedding day and $65 for each bridesmaid. If there are more than 6 bridesmaids then the price goes down to $75 for the bride. It's all so expensive, but those prices I've found to be pretty standard. Good luck!

That's sort of that same price I was quoted except she is charging the same price for the trial and the wedding day which would be $200.

it was $50 for the trial and $100 for the day of...not sure if there is a discount for bm..I don't think so...

sundays are better for coming to your house, b/c the hairdresser probably doesn't work at the salon that early...and can do it...

I am having dawn come to my house, but I think each is different there...(she also lives 2 blocks from my moms house...so it is easier for her)
