Upest with my hall

I went to Russo's for a showcase tonight. The Dj showcase was good. I am very upset b/c I had asked a manager about having a signature drink at our cocktail hour she told us in order to have a speciality drink we had to purchase a package 'Package of Elegance' which included other things. That would cost us another $10 more a person. That is crazy I just wanted a signature drink passed around at my CH. What do you girls think??? I feel very annoyed.Also I was never told about that package when we signed the contract
The woman who is supposed to be a manager told me the reason why I cant get a drink (martini) alone at CH is b/c its part of some stupid package, which is $10 per person. I asked her bluntly if I could somehow get this alone and she said, 'No it has to be purchased as the package'

Do you plan on calling them again as suggested on BHB? I think you really should. I know I would have requested to speak with someone else or even the owner. He can be very accomodating.

I agree it doesn't make sense. I would call and talk to a manager. I wouldn't think that a signature drink would have to be a part of a package. Now you've got me thinking...

I am a Russo bride too. I agree with you that you shouldn't have tp pay extra just for a signature drink passed around your CH. You are already paying for the alcohol. The $10 extra per person is a waste of money. I would talk to Mr. Russo himself. I hope things work out for you.
