Uplighting

I had post this question a month or 2 ago but now I am really starting to consider it...

Is anyone getting uplighting? Do you know how much it is per light?

Im not sure about how much per light but I know i was quoted about $850 for my room at chateau briand. Pin spotting was about $20 per table. I thought that was a little high.

Our uplighting is from our DJ and it's included in our package since we booked on the spot at a showcase.

I have a 2008 price list for Bravura... so full uplighting is 800.00

We didn't add this on when we first booked but I am seriously considering it now...and FH wants it sooo bad, It's an additional $1500 for us to add it thats why we didn't do it in the beginning but I think I might suprise him with it!!!!

We discussed it with our dj he said its 1000 for the whole room. We are only looking at getting a few we are getting them on either side of the bar and in front of the dj booth and they are $50 per light. I am hoping the DJ will work something out with us closer to the big day.

I'm getting a bunch of stuff from NY Lounge Decor www.nyloungedecor.com so I'm not exactly sure how much it cost.... but I think its about $45 - $50 per light.
This company is amazing! If you call them ask to work with Lori!

I am getting it from my DJ - It is costing me $1300 and I am getting 30 cans

the average is around $50 a can

Flower Michele does uplighting and I liked the idea that since he is a florist he really specializes in decor. He has a reasonable price compared to a lot of others, I believe. We just spoke to him today and booked him for uplighting!!!

Okay i am getting Kinetic LED uplighting from my DJ In the MIx...I am getting only 4 of them, since they said that was all I needed for the Contessa Room at the Swan Club. I got a discount for them. Only paying $200 for them total. They normally go for $100 each. They are long display lights not the can lights.

Thats right thats what my DJ offers too the Kinetic lights!!!! I had forgot what they were called lol.
