Uploading help

I tried uploading a picture of the monogram I made tonight and it appeared huge and the colors were inverted. I made it on Power Point, grouped the images, and saved it as one image (JPG). When I uploaded it to the post, the background was black and not white...

Can anyone offer some advice on this? How can I make it smaller and correct the color?
