Uploading Pics

For some reason, I cannot upload pics from my computer... at work, they upload fine.

Does anyone know why I might be getting error messages that the file is not the right format? They are all JPG files, and they load fine at work...

You might have to resize the pics if you are trying to upload them onto here.
