I figure I want to get a bit more toned on top since I'm going to be hanging out in a strapless for 9 hours - does anyone have any suggestions on what they are going to do to get in shape?

Do yoga- I swear it works- My upper body has never been so toned. You need to do it for a while though so get started!

I am going to join Crunch w/ my aunt hopefully by next month. Body Sculping classes are a good way to tone up.

The easiest thing to do is push-ups. If you don't belong to a gym or don't have time to go pushups can be done anywhere, require no equipment, and you will see results.

Re: Upper body work outs.... STAT!
I use 5 pound weights and work biceps, triceps and shoulders. For biceps, curl in the front, triceps put the weight in back of your head and lift up and down and for shoulders, lift the weights directly over your head. I also hold the weights and lift my arms forward up to the height of my shoulders. By using light weight, you won't bulk up...do at least 15 of each.
