UPS!!!! Update

So tell me why my package tracking says that due to circumstances beyond UPS' comtrol it was sent back to the warehouse in Maspeth again??

WTH??? The streets are clear now!!!!

ETA
I just called UPS they told me because of weather conditions thats why it wasnt delivered today Thats BS but anyway. They said it was defiantely going to be delivered tomorrow and if I get another 'exception' while tracking to call them right away and they will make plans to get it to me right away. We will see!

BTW- The reason why I wanted this so badly is its my Haiti Raffale Laptop!!!
