's My mom went to call and get a post op visit and when she called to make an appt they told her that they dont take our ins. She told my dad and my dad flipped out on her yelling and then he call me yell. I was like clam down and ill call the ins company to see what is going to happen. They wouldnt tell me anything becuase of HIPPA issues. So i went to call my house and my mom was crying hysterical on the phone and hung up on me. I called back and spoke with my dad and i was like listen stop yelling and calm down your making mom upset and i told him what info i had from the ins company the lil info that i knew. So i called Eileen my SIL who works for an ORTHO pract to see what is going to happen and to see if the biller can help.well we found that it was emerg care and it will be covered at 100% so i call my mom and told her that but she was still crying. I just feel bad and i dont like to see her cry it hurts me and it make me feel bad and then i start to cry ![]()

Gosh ladies lately you must think that im a complainer. Im not im just been having a long couple of weeks. Im sorry if you think that. it just so hard to see your mom or a family suffer like that. ![]()
