Can any of you mommies tell me if there is anything I can take for an upset (sour) stomache while preggo?? Pepto Bismol? Anything? If you are pregnant? TIA

I was told Pepto was a big nono, but Mylanta was ok. I tucked away a small bottle of it in my car, dh's truck, my purse and our kitchen so I was always prepared and would just gulp a bit down.
