Hi guys..so I had my hair trial today..and I'm pissed because the salon told me it would cost 70 dollars and the girl charged me 78 dollars instead..like an idiot I kept my mouth shut and gave her her tip. I wasn't happy about my hair the curls flattened out with in a couple of minutes. I don't know what to do. I was expecting her to do a reallly awesome job and nope. I wish I had photos to show, my hair is frizzy and the curls I want are no longer intact.

I would call and let them know you are disappointed. If they dont give you a 2nd trial for free or a discount, I would look elsewhere

ITA, call them and say you aren't happy.
but remember, its REALLY humid out today. did oyu like it inside? because they might bring that up.
be sure to mention that the curls fell FAST.

That stinks. There is nothing worse than going for a trial (hair or makeup), paying good money for it and not liking it. I doubt they would give you your money back, at best maybe they would give you a second trial for free or for less- if that were the case, I would try a different stylist at the salon. Good luck!

Thanks girls..I'm going to call them up. But I'm not going back there! especially when the girl decides to take smoking break in the middle of your trial! lol gosh.
Anyways, I'm contiuning on my hair journey and will post pics and updates when I find the one!

I paid $125 for my hair TRIAL plus a $20 tip... so almost $150 and my hair was ugly!!! FH hated it. everyone hated it and the curls dropped in less than an hour. I need it to stay in for 12 hours!!! I was so pissed. Now I'm worried about the day of
