Upset with Kleinfeld's

I ordered my dress in July 2005. I asked and have it written in my contract that my headpiece would be in April 2006.

I get no call in April. Editing to add that I left a message at the end of april and last week. I call today to see what the deal is and they tell me it's not suppose to be in until next month. I say BS, I have it in my contract.

Now they have to call me back.....

Why can't they get their dates straight? It's really not that hard!

if its in your contract then they definitely screwed up. but they usually order things to arrive 2-3 months before your day. that's probably why they said next month some time. argue with them, maybe they'll do your alterations for free! i heard some girls were able to do this...good luck!

Good thinking, they should give me something for not living up to their end of the deal. I'm sure they'd view it a different way if I decided to have a different due date for my balance!

Now I have to cancel my 2nd hair trial since it's not in. What a pain!
