We waited ten months to get our video and I cannot believe how disappointed I am. I have to watch the unedited version to see if the problem is with the editing of the actual footage.
I can't believe how bummed I am....

Watch the unedited and then if you're still upset, call the company and express what you're disappointed with and see if they can work with you!

same happened to us, we had them reedit it. and now where still waiting for the album and we just passed our one year anniversary lol
