Urgent-Officiant Help!

Hi, I'm a bit stressed. I went to finalize my ceremony details with my pastor tonight and found out that he was under the impression i was getting married at 12:30....NOT 11:30.
He told me he is going to 'do his best' to be there by 11:30 but I am not comfortable with that.

Pastor Mike is not available, I've sent emails to Rev Calahan and Cantor who are on this site, does anyone have any suggestions? My wedding is a month away....I'm not sure what to do, please help!!
