did any1 have extreme cramping in ur lower stomach or short piercing pain in ur lower tummy in the first few weeks of pregnancy?? no bleeding or anything tho...

If on one side can be a sign of ectopic pregnancy that would require being seen by doctor right away. Are you pregnant

Cramping can be normal I had little twinges here and there
