Urgent soc sec question!
On the application for a new card, do you sign your new name or your maiden name? I am going during lunch. Thanks!

If I remember correctly it asks for both...
I just looked it up- you need to put both. The first line is your married name and the second line is your maiden name.
ETA: Duh, you mean at the end- your married name.
